Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions of Service Service provided by the website Our booking system allows the customer to book, on their own behalf, individual travel services (e.g., airline tickets, ferries, trains, hotel stays, catering services, etc.) or multiple travel services that are not coordinated with each other. The service does not provide “package tours” or organized trips. Prohibited use of the website Bookings are nominative and non-transferable. Bookings for the purpose of price comparison are not allowed. Finalizing multiple bookings with similar or identical features (dates, cities, hotels) for the same passengers that are incompatible with each other is not permitted (e.g., overlapping dates, multiple hotel bookings for the same travel period and passengers). In case of evident conflict between booked services, Master Explorer reserves the right to cancel one or all involved bookings. Splitting groups into multiple bookings is not permitted. If Master Explorer identifies multiple reservations with identical or similar features (dates, destinations, hotels) that can be traced back to a group, it reserves the right to cancel them or modify their characteristics (cancellation conditions, penalties, and payment terms). If three bookings are cancelled within three months, Master Explorer srl reserves the right to suspend the agency's ability to make new bookings. Likewise, booking more than 6 rooms in the same hotel for the same check-in and check-out dates is not allowed. In such a case, Master Explorer shall not be held responsible if the hotel refuses check-in or charges clients an additional fee to be paid on site. Confidentiality All information, whether written or in image format, displayed on the website may not be used by clients without prior written authorization. Images Images shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual conditions of the goods or services. Prices The prices indicated are sale prices, to which VAT must be added unless otherwise stated, along with taxes and anything else specified in the quote. The final price is the one shown at the time of booking confirmation, except for taxes and duties in case of changes imposed by Authorities. Vouchers Vouchers are the only valid documents for redeeming the service and will be issued after payment has been made, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Payments The website will issue travel documents only if Master Explorer is able to verify the availability of the payment on its accounts—regardless of the payment method used. All indicated payment deadlines refer to the date by which the payment must be credited to our accounts. Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment is completed, with the consequent issuance of the travel document (voucher). Booking Cancellation – Cancellations The amount paid at the time of booking confirmation is refundable only under the terms and conditions accepted prior to booking. Cancellations can only be made through the website. Cancellations made directly with the hotel or supplier are not valid. Liability Master Explorer srl is not responsible for non-performance by the travel service provider that was booked, but only for any issues relating to the booking process. In case of disputes concerning the booking service, a written communication must be sent within 10 days from the date of the event being disputed. This is a mandatory and binding deadline. Governing Law Use of the website is governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction For any disputes, the Court of Bari shall have exclusive jurisdiction
